The estate features a large swimming pool with a swim-up bar, creating the perfect space for lounging under the sun, sharing cocktails, or cooling off in crystal-clear water. Nearby, an outdoor jacuzzi provides a peaceful retreat where guests can unwind while enjoying ocean views and the gentle island breeze. The property’s private beachfront stretches along soft sand and calm waters, offering a serene setting for morning walks, sunbathing, or simply listening to the waves.

One of the most iconic features of Anvira is the private pier with a palapa, extending over turquoise water just steps from the home. It is ideal for reading, relaxing, sunrise moments, stargazing, or private boat pickups for snorkeling tours. The pier also serves as a picturesque location for intimate weddings, vow renewals, and memorable photography.

Inside the home, Anvira offers five spacious ensuite bedrooms, including four ocean-view king suites and a large bunk suite designed to sleep eight guests. With accommodations for up to 16 people, the villa is perfect for multi-generational families, retreat groups, or friends traveling together. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, offering plush bedding, private bathrooms, and easy access to the outdoors.

The interior living space includes an open-concept living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and indoor dining areas for shared meals and gathering. Anvira includes daily housekeeping, ensuring the home stays fresh and comfortable throughout your stay. Guests also enjoy free daily breakfast and complimentary pickup from either the San Pedro Airport or water taxi terminal upon arrival.

For guests who want to explore the island, golf carts are the primary mode of transportation in San Pedro, and we can arrange one to be delivered to the property upon arrival for an additional cost.
