2 Where is Anvira located?

Anvira is located approximately six miles north of San Pedro, on Ambergris Caye, Belize. The property offers a private and tranquil beachfront environment while remaining accessible to town.

3 How do we get to Anvira from Belize City International Airport (BZE)?

After arriving at Belize City International Airport (BZE), guests can travel to San Pedro (SPR) using one of the following options:
* Take a short domestic flight from BZE to San Pedro (SPR) with Maya Island Air or Tropic Air.
* Take a taxi from BZE to the Belize City water taxi terminal, then board the San Pedro Belize Express or Caribbean Sprinter water taxi to San Pedro.

Once you arrive in San Pedro, we will arrange pick-up and transportation to the property. Anvira is approximately a 35-minute drive from the San Pedro airport or water taxi terminal. Golf carts can be arranged to be available at the property upon arrival. Detailed arrival and coordination instructions will be provided prior to check-in.

4 Is transportation provided?

Transportation from San Pedro to the property is arranged as part of your arrival. Golf carts and additional transportation needs can be arranged upon request.

5 Is Anvira suitable for large groups or events?

Yes. Anvira is ideal for group stays, weddings, celebrations, retreats, and private events. Events require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees or agreements.

6 What amenities are included?

The property includes private beachfront access, a swimming pool, outdoor entertaining areas, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, air-conditioned bedrooms, and backup power systems.

7 Is the property family-friendly?

Yes. Anvira welcomes families and multi-generational groups. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool, ocean, and outdoor areas.

8 Is housekeeping included?

Yes. Daily housekeeping is included to ensure the property remains clean and comfortable throughout your stay. Additional or specialized cleaning services can be arranged upon request.

9 Can groceries, private chefs, or tours be arranged?

Yes. Grocery pre-stocking, private chefs, golf cart rentals, snorkeling, fishing, and island tours can be arranged in advance through our concierge services.

10 What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in instructions, access details, and local contact information will be shared prior to arrival. A local property manager is available for assistance during your stay.

11 Is Wi-Fi available at the property?

Yes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Internet speeds may vary due to the island location.

12 Is the property secure?

Anvira is a private, gated property. Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings during their stay.

13 What is the cancellation policy?

For direct bookings made through the Anvira website or directly with the property, a strict cancellation policy applies. All payments are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed. Date changes may be considered at the sole discretion of the property and are subject to availability.
For bookings made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or Vrbo, the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking will apply.

14 Are events or gatherings allowed?

Events are allowed only with prior approval and may require an additional event fee, security deposit, or signed agreement.

15 Who do we contact if we need assistance during our stay?

Guests will be provided with direct contact details for the property manager and support team prior to arrival.

16 How do we book or ask additional questions?

You may book directly through our website or contact us via email or WhatsApp for availability, custom stays, or event inquiries.

17 What is our refund policy?

Guests have 48 hours after booking to receive a full refund. After this period, a resort credit may be applied toward a future stay, valid for up to 12 months from the original booking date.
